FUTEBOL: The Brazilian Way is reccomended

Soccer is by far the most pop sports in Brazil, it might as well be in the world.

Alex Bellos, a young writer who also works for The Guardian wrote a terrific book about it.

I had the chance to guide him and a bunch of his cool china(includes Beto VIllares) some time ago in the Negro River Valley. He had with him one copyof his book which I had the privilege to enjoy every word he wrote during the trip.
He gives a good social perspective of my people, a view of my culture and the story of a sport that drive us brazilians nut. He lived in Rio for several years and in this particular book he expresses the Brazilian humour like he had had lived with us his entire life. Congrats Mate!!!

FUTEBOL

The main means of tranportation here is by boat. The best fun, or at least the most practiced is futebol....when I took this pix none travelled, they were all playing FUTEBOL. No wonder why we Brazilians are the very best in it.
