Dendrobates from the Tapajos National Forest

| Dart-poison frog ( Dendrobates castaneuticus). It produces a curare slightly weaker than the one from Phyllobates but still deadly if ingested even years after it was collected. This species is endemic to the Tapajos National Forest. |
